There are a number of opportunities for you to contribute towards specific Lulwanda projects. A donation designated for one of these projects would make a huge improvement to the long term future of Lulwanda:
- $5,000 – Install new solar power backup batteries at Lulwanda Primary School which allow for night time use of classrooms for tutoring and enhance office machine use. Existing batteries are depleted and need replacement.
- $4,000 – Install solar powered lighting systems around the Lulwanda campus to improve mobility from main hall to houses after evening events while improving security of the campus.
- $26,000 – Install insulation and ceiling in the Main Hall to reduce heat and complete the remodel of this original structure at Lulwanda.
- $40,000 – Remodel remaining six (6) classrooms at Lulwanda Primary School with new flooring, ceilings and exterior painting. ($20,000 per three (3) classroom block)
- $8,000 – Student desks need to be refreshed as current furniture has been in service for 15 years and are badly damaged from use.
- $7,000 – Uganda has issued new standard textbooks for schools in the country. Lulwanda Primary School needs to purchase new textbooks by January 2026 to stay compliant with Uganda education requirements.
- $7,000 – Phase 1 – The access road to Lulwanda has not been maintained since 2008. A 2-phase project in partnership with the Mbale District local government has been proposed to bring in new material, grade and contour the road. This will repair 1/3 of the length of the road.
- $15,000 – Phase 2 – This phase will repair 2/3 of the length of the road.

Because of your generous donations, the following projects have recently been completed:
- Property has been fenced to keep out wandering farm animals.
- Previous dorms have been remodeled for use as office space and learning environments.
- Flooring in the main hall has been replaced.
